On October 31, Atlanta’s skate community took over MSS at Berean Ave. & Memorial Dr. for a Halloween session packed with skating, costumes, live music, fire, smoke, and plenty of controlled chaos.

The ramps stayed busy from daylight into the night, with skaters throwing down while the crowd filled the DIY spot. As the sun disappeared, costumes came out, the music got louder, and things only got weirder. By nightfall, fire lit up the ramps and MSS had turned into a full-on Halloween skate party.
That mix of skateboarding, music, art, and people coming together is what makes spots like MSS special. It’s raw, unpredictable, and unmistakably Atlanta.
For GRITventure Skateboards, being part of events like this goes beyond documenting the session. We were stoked to donate two custom decks for the Best Trick and Best Costume , each custom-painted and laser-engraved by GRITventure. Supporting local skaters and putting something we make directly back into the ATL skate community is exactly what GVS is about.

Huge thanks to everyone who showed up, skated, played music, built, filmed, photographed, and supported the ATL skate community. Special thanks to Nick and everyone at MSS (@mobileskateshopinc), and Mobile Ramps ATL (@mobileramps), for continuing to build and support the spaces that keep Atlanta skateboarding moving.

Until the next one.
