On June 21, skateboarders around the world celebrated Go Skateboarding Day, and Atlanta showed up at Skate ATL for a day dedicated to skateboarding, creativity, and community.

From the moment the doors opened, Skate ATL was buzzing with energy. Skaters of all ages and skill levels filled the park, pushing themselves, learning new tricks, cheering each other on, and celebrating the culture that brings us all together.

Go Skateboarding Day has always been more than just skating. It is a reminder of what makes skateboarding special: community, self-expression, creativity, and the freedom to ride. Events like this give skaters an opportunity to connect, meet new friends, support local businesses, and inspire the next generation of skateboarders.

Throughout the day, the park was packed with talented skaters throwing down in contests, sharing sessions, and keeping the stoke alive. Whether you landed your first ollie or your hardest trick yet, everyone was part of the celebration.

A huge thank you goes out to Skate ATL, the organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and every skater who came out to support Atlanta's skate scene. The passion and positivity on display proved once again that skateboarding in Atlanta continues to grow stronger every year.

At GRITventure Skateboards, we are proud to be part of this community and look forward to many more sessions, events, and Go Skate Days to come.
